HOW TO MAKE FRUSHI
- -1 cup of rice
- -310 mL of water
- -pinch of salt
- -2 tbsp of rice malt syrup
- -fruit (we used 1 kiwi, 2 strawberries, and 1 mango)
- -100 mL of coconut milk
- -pinch of vanilla
- -50 g of dark chocolate
- -Pour the rice and water into a pot. Add a pinch of salt and the rice malt syrup.
-Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
-Cut Fruit: thinly slice the kiwi and strawberries and dice your mango finely.
-Uncover the rice. Add in the coconut milk and the pinch of vanilla. Stir to combine.
-Shape the rice into sushi forms.
-Melt the dark chocolate. Coat your sushi rolls, top them with fruit, or dip your rolls into the melted chocolate.
