So my best friend Clare makes brownies. She’s famous for her brownies. They are actually the most intense, rich, decedent brownies I have ever had. While I don’t recommend eating these every day it would be sinful of me not to share with you one of the most incredible things you’ll ever taste. If you want to show off at your kids bake sale – make these brownies. Trust me.

What you need:

-200g Melted Butter

-1/2 cup of Cocoa

-2 cups of Brown Sugar

-1 cup plain Flour (can be gluten free)

-1 tsp of Vanilla

-2 Eggs

-200g Premium Dark Chocolate

How to make:

-In a large mixing bowl add 200g of melted butter, 1 tsp of vanilla, 2 eggs, and 200g of melted premium dark chocolate. Mix well.

-Add in the 1/2 cup of cocoa, 2 cups of brown sugar, and 1 cup of plain flour. Mix in carefully so you don’t spill the dry ingredients over the sides of the bowl.

-Once the batter is mixed and no longer lumpy add it to a greased glass pan and put in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 mins.

Once the brownies are done, let them cool slightly, cut and serve. Sit back and enjoy with a glass of milk and your kids will thank you for being the best mom in the world!
